Math: Unit 3 Math tests will be coming home in Friday folders today. Be on the lookout. The students had a chance to do test corrections to boost their score. We are working on Unit 4 now with multiplying and will start multiplying decimals next week.
Science: We are reviewing the Science Investigation 1 for the test that will be on Tuesday (Mrs. Compau's class) or Wednesday (Ms. Francis's class). Please help your child study with the science study guide. They should bring it home today. We will start Investigation 2 next week!
Reading: Reading calendars were due this week and February calendars were passed out or in Friday folders. Thank you for supporting this reading homework!
Language Arts: We have been revising and editing our informational book about our famous American. At home, students should be finishing up Time Capsules. Please keep them at home until our Famous American Night on February 26. They are difficult to store at school for so many weeks. You should also keep the tri-fold display board at home too. I will let you know when your child can start working on it. Next week students will be printing things they made for their board in the lab so they might be able to work on it as soon as next weekend. Let me know if you have any questions!
I am hoping to start spelling back up next week. Look for homework on Tuesday and Thursday!
Social Studies: We started taking notes for a group colony poster they will be working on next week.
